 We would request you to pay us 100% of all the charges (as Gross Freight) in advance along with your order in NEFT/RTGS/ONLINE/CREDIT CARD(Ask)/DEBIT CARD.

 The carrier or their agent shall be exempted from any loss or damage through accident / pilferage, fire, rain, collision, any other road or river hazard, we therefore Recommend that goods should be covered under carrier risk.

 PRO Packers & Movers will not be responsible for any delays in delivery beyond its control like natural calamities, political or general strikes, accidents. Government interventions and priorities or any other such delays.

 ‘Comprehensive risk’ is mandatory for any vehicle directly by the Insurance Company or Else FOV @ 3% shall be charged.

 Please be advised that the lorry transportation charges which are quoted are based on the present prevailing rate and will be charged on actual at the time of transportation.

 Octroi charges if applicable will be charged extra as per actual in advance. 

 Please note that the above quotations have been prepared keeping in view our basic standard of packing with the best packing material as the type of packing will be fit to our desecration.

 We would be grateful if you could please give us one week’s advance notice as to when we may commence the above job.

1. Carrying Liquor, Gas Cylinder, Acid, any types of Liquid, Explosive and illegal Articals are Totally Prohibited.

2. We don’t Undertake Electrical, Carpentry & Plumbing Job. We will provide on the Basis of Availability and will Charge Extra.

3. If there is any Extra Packing of any Article or Charged Article Other That Article List, We will charge Extra Accordingly.

4. If you will call our packers on second day for your convenience, additional charge on A/c. of Conveyance of Packers and cartage will be applicable.

5. Please be noted while carrier risk, no Individual Policy/Receipt, from the Insurance Company will be Given.

6. Company is not responsible for Breakage of Pos.

7. This quotation is valid for 1 month.

8. Please Keep Your Cash/Jewellry and other valuable goods in your Custody.
9. We will charge for any extra service other that mentioned with the estimate
10.If you need to cancel our service, please let us know before the day we pick up your items. If you cancel on the pickup day, there will be a 30% charge based on the total amount.
